To simplify the application process and ensure that candidates complete all necessary steps, our system offers automated candidate reminders.
What are Automated Reminders?
When enabled, our system takes the initiative to remind candidates via email and/or text to complete their "Application Process." This eliminates the need for manual follow-ups and ensures a smoother recruitment process.
Where Can I Enable Automated Reminders?
In the Settings > Automated Communication tab
Email Reminders for Online Applicants: For candidates who apply online, our system sends email reminders at regular intervals. Candidates will continue to receive these reminders every 2 days until they opt-out, are disqualified, or successfully complete all required components of the application.
Email Reminders for Manually Added Candidates: Even for candidates manually added to the job, our system provides the same level of support. Email reminders are sent every 3 days until candidates opt-out, are disqualified, or complete all necessary application components.
Text Reminders for Text-Opted Candidates: Recognizing the preference for text communication, our system offers text reminders for candidates who opt to receive them. Text reminders are dispatched every 3 days until candidates opt-out. Notably, there's a maximum limit of 12 auto-text reminders per candidate. Once this limit is reached, candidates can still receive individual text messages.
