# Manually Close a Job Requisition
## When your open position is filled, the job requisition is closed automatically. However, if you are no longer looking to fill a position, the job requisition will need to be closed manually. Note: This article is most applicable to those who are involved in overseeing the full life cycle of a candidate in the ATS. Intended Article Audience: Hiring Manager, Recruiter, HR Administrator

### Requisitions
- Click the **Home (blue house) **button in the top-left corner of the screen
- Select your Company/Brand
- Select the *Requisition *tab at the top-right of the screen
- Proceed to the *Active* tab to view your currently active requisitions
- Locate the requisition you would like to close and select **Requisition Details**
- In the pop-up window, you can view the details of the requisition
- When you are ready to close the requisition, click **Close All** at the bottom of the window
- Select a reason for closing the requisition. There is a text box below for additional notes regarding the requisition closure.
- Click **Save** 
- The requisition is now closed
