To create a personal Microsoft Teams video link for meetings, follow these steps:
Using Microsoft Teams Calendar (Preferred Method)
- Open Microsoft Teams: Launch the Teams app or go to Microsoft Teams Online.
- Go to Calendar: Click on the "Calendar" tab in the left sidebar.
- Create a New Meeting:
- Click "New meeting" (top-right).
- Enter a title, date/time, and any other details.
- Add attendees (optional).
- Generate the Meeting Link:
- Click "Save"—this will create a unique Teams meeting link.
- Open the meeting, and you’ll see a "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" link.
- Copy the link and share it.
Using Outlook (If Integrated)
- Open Outlook and go to Calendar.
- Click "New Teams Meeting" (if you have the Teams add-in enabled).
- A Teams link will automatically be inserted into the body of the invite.
- Send the invite or copy the link.
Using the Meet Now Feature (Instant Meeting)
- Open Teams and go to the Chat or Calendar tab.
- Click "Meet now" and choose "Get a link to share".
- Copy and send the link to participants.
Add Link to Talentcare Platform
- Open Talentcare and go to the Menu Tab and then click on My Account Details.
- Click "Calendar" and paste your link in the "Video Conference Link" section
