# Disposition and status changes
## We are simplifying the steps you take when choosing to not move forward with a candidate. The Disqualified and Declined status – have been combined into one: Disposition.

In addition to the changes above, you will have the ability to access more comprehensive data. Coming soon, the option to select the main Disposition code along with a Disposition Subcode will allow you to better select why a candidate is not being moved forward.

### Other Updates and Changes
Keeping with the theme of enhancing user experience for Self-Service positions, we renamed a few statuses to align more closely with standard recruiting practices.
The functionality of these statuses will remain the same.
The updated names include:

| On Hold | Processing |
| Recruiter Interview | Screening |
| Presented To Client Manager | Pending Presentation |
