# Job Distribution - Internal Job Board
## With the Internal Job Board distribution, your employees will be able to view all of your internal job openings in one place.
### Setup the Internal Job Board
By default, the Internal Job Board is already enabled.
- When a job is opened, it will automatically be internally distributed, and be listed on your Internal Job Board site
- From the Internal Job Board, employees will be able to apply for any internally distributed job
- To view your Internal Job Board site, please contact your HR or Marketing department
