      Paycom Integration Setup

      Is there a fee for using the Paycom integration?

      • Paycom may charge a fee for the integration, but rates may vary based on variables such as usage and company size.

      Pre-integration

      1. Contact your Paycom representative to request a third-party integration

      2. Paycom currently offers one option for configuring the integration

      Mid-integration

      API Configuration

      • More feedback is provided by Paycom for candidates

      • There is no special data that needs to be sent

      • There are no pre-onboarding steps

      FTP Configuration

      • The file transfer is completed by CSV and delivered manually to Paycom

      Post-integration

      API Configuration

      • A status email is sent with errors for each failed candidate

      FTP Configuration

      • Paycom does not provide any feedback about individual candidates
