Here you can find frequently asked questions and answers for the reporting feature.

Report Access

  • Is the new reporting feature available?

Yes, the reporting feature is now available for select users! It will be released for all ATS users in the future. 

  • Who can access reports?

Any user of our ATS will have the ability to access reports. However, permissions can be modified to change what reports can and cannot be seen. Learn more about reporting permissions here: Reporting Permissions

  • How do I view reports?

Log in to our ATS and click on the Reports tab in the top-right of the page. Learn more about navigating reports here: Reporting Navigation

  • Do I need special credentials to view reports?

No special credentials are needed to view reports.

  • Is super user or similar level seats for reports?

Permissions for reports are governed by the same ATS permissions. Administrator level users will also be the 'super users.'

Reports and Features

  • Will Career site metrics be included?

Career site metrics will be included in a future update to the reporting feature.

  • Can I make customizations to the reports?

There are no customization options for reports. They are displayed as-is.

  • Can I export data? If so, how?

Yes, report data can be exported. Learn more about how to export report data here: Reporting Feature: Export Data

  • Can I import data? If so, how?

No, external data cannot be imported.

  • Can I drill down timeline or zoom in chart data?

Yes, there are several ways to change or alter the view of your data. Learn more here: Reporting Feature: Change Data View

  • Can I request custom reports?

No, we will not be taking custom report requests. However, additional data sources will be added over time, including data for all products purchased in our Platform! 

  • How do I request a new feature or report an issue with an existing report?
