Reporting Permissions

Explore what options are available for reporting permissions and how to modify them.

Access Permissions

Reporting permissions are governed by user group permissions. In order to make changes, proceed to the User Group permissions window for the applicable user group. Follow the steps below to provide or remove access to the Reports tab in the ATS.

  • Under the Additional Features section, click the check box for Dashboards & Reports                                 
  • To remove permissions, click the check box to uncheck the permission

Report Specific Permissions

Some report types can be managed by modifying permissions or by other means. To learn more about what permissions govern each report type, check out the table below.

Recruiting Any user with access to view jobs
TC Recruiting Any user with access to view jobs with recruiting services
