What is it
Requisition Workflows are a new feature that will allow for more flexibility in the requisition approval process
How it works
New Permissions
There are two new permissions associated with this feature
Select users within a company will have these permissions
- Bypass - Lets user create requisition without going through the approval process
- Bypass will work in ANY tenant
- Create - Lets user create requisition workflows
- Create workflows is ONLY for this new feature
Users without permission to create workflows will NOT be able to open a requisition
Configuration
- Once the configuration is set up, it can not be changed
- It is set on a tenant level
- Please direct any questions to your Talentcare onboarding team
How it will look
When creating a requisition:

Approver selection
This error will occur when trying to submit a Requisition Form without either selecting at least one approver, or checking the box next to "Create requisition without an approver:"
