We are thrilled to announce an exciting enhancement to our services at Talentcare—we are now an official Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Indeed partner! This partnership allows us to offer the powerful Indeed JobSync integration, designed to elevate your organic candidate flow on Indeed and give you a competitive edge in attracting top talent.

  • By providing Indeed with detailed data and regularly processing candidates (either hiring or disqualifying), you can earn the prestigious "active employer" badge. This badge significantly boosts the visibility of your organic job postings, making them more prominent to job seekers and increasing your chances of attracting top talent.

Stay Ahead:

  • As an Indeed partner utilizing the JobSync integration, you are guaranteed to stay in sync with the latest enhancements and changes Indeed introduces. This is happening today as Indeed rolls out new requirements for data exchange to ensure candidates can continue to use the quick apply feature. The quick apply feature is crucial as it streamlines the application process, making it easier and faster for candidates to apply for jobs.

What Happens Next:

  1. Beginning the week, all Talentcare ATS administrator users will be prompted in the ATS to acknowledge the Indeed T&Cs related to the JobSync API and provide us with your Indeed “SourceName.” Indeed Support or your Indeed Account team can provide your “SourceName,” which is available in Indeed ”AgCentral”   

  2. The process of migrating clients to the API will be governed by the Indeed dedicated JobSync API support team but should happen quickly once Step 1 is completed.

  3. Except for completing Step 1, this process should be seamless for you, but if not, we will be ready to respond quickly.
