SFTP Request

In this guide, learn how to request access to the Talentcare SFTP to transfer any data that cannot be shared programmatically.

Getting Started

Before requesting access, make sure that you have the following information:

  • Your name
  • A description of how SFTP will be used, if possible

We can only process requests for the individual that submits the request. Please do not submit requests on behalf of others!

Access the Talentcare SFTP

  • Submit a Technical Support Ticket including the above information
  • Once a support ticket is submitted, the Talentcare Support team will provide you with the necessary credentials and information
  • When you've received the credentials, connect to the SFTP with your preferred method. You may need the assistance of your IT Support team for this process

Talentcare recommends using the FTP Client FileZillabut our SFTP can also be accessed using other FTP clients or command line tools

  • Use the credentials, hostname, and port provided by the Talentcare Support Team to access the SFTP using your chosen method
  • Upload your files to the '/' directory. Our SFTP protocol automatically places you in a folder that matches the provided username
