The Source report tab provides detailed information about the source from which your candidates found your open jobs.
Source Overview
The Source Overview tab displays the distribution of the top sources of candidates from the last 30 days. Check Source Detail for more detailed information about additional sources.
- Filter by Brand/Company, Job, and Location
- The pie chart represents the percentage of candidates from your available sources
Source Over Time
The Source Over Time tab displays the applicant volume for each of your top sources over time.
- Filter by Brand/Company, Job, and Location
- Use the scroll-bar to slide the graph to view all history. You can also click and drag the ends of the scroll-bar to zoom in/out
- Click on the source at the bottom to add or remove the source from the graph
- Use the Export button in the top-right to export the data from the graph
Source Detail
The Source Detail tab provides a detailed look at candidate volume per source, including number of New Candidates, Hired, and Hire Rate.
- Filter by Date, as well as Brand/Company, Job, and Location
- Click the Double Arrows icon to sort the data for each column
