SwyftOps Integration

The SwyftOps Integration uses an API method for communicating between our ATS and SwyftOps' platform. Learn more about how it works below.

SwyftOps Platform Configuration

In the SwyftOps platform, you must enable the Talentcare Integration by following the steps below.

  • Proceed to Settings>Company Settings> General Info
  • Locate the Talentcare Integration and click the check box to enable
  • Select the status you would like applied to newly hired caregivers created through the integration
  • Click Save

Talentcare Platform Integration Configuration

Once the Talentcare Integration is enabled in SwyftOps, the SwyftOps integration must be configured in the Talentcare Platform.

  • Submit a ticket to Talentcare Support for a SwyftOps configuration request, with the following information:
    • Office Code - Provided by SwyftOps
    • Candidate Status to send to SwyftOps - Choose Offer Pending or Offer Accepted. This will determine at which status a candidate will be sent
    • Notification Emails - Email addresses of those that will receive notification of transfer status
  • Once the configuration is complete, you will receive notification via the support ticket

Integration in Use

Once the integration is configured, the following process can be expected when using the SwyftOps integration.

  • Once a candidate is moved to the Candidate Status chosen for configuration, the candidate will be automatically added to the list of transfers to SwyftOps
  • Every night, our system will automatically attempt to send all candidates in the list of transfers to SwyftOps
  • A status email will be sent to those added during configuration, alerting of which candidates transferred to SwyftOps and which failed
  • Candidates that transferred to SwyftOps will appear similar to the following

What Candidate Information is Sent to SwyftOps

The following candidate information can be sent to SwyftOps during transfer:

  • First/Last Name
  • Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Education Level
  • Hire Date

Additional files, such as Resume or Cover Letter, can also be sent to SwyftOps.

Why did my Candidate fail to transfer?

If a candidate fails to transfer to SwyftOps, confirm the following information is entered for the candidate, as it is required by SwyftOps.

  • Office Code - Must be provided during configuration
  • First Name - Candidate first name
  • Last Name  - Candidate last name
  • State - State in which candidate resides
