Is there a fee for using the UKG integration?

UKG may charge a fee for the integration, but rates may vary based on variables such as usage and company size.
Pre-integration

Contact your UKG representative to request a third party integration (See below for contact information)

Mid-integration

Job codes can either be gathered automatically, or manually hard coded for company and location

The Difference? Hard coding job codes requires manual updates

- You must provide all of the mapping for codes to Talentcare for configuration
Post-integration

We look over all of the candidates' information and determine which parameters are needed for testing

Candidates are sent to UKG

If a candidate fails to send, we do not re-send the candidate right away; the candidate is processed the following day with the next group
For certain clients, we also send over candidate documents via FTP!

Clients handle all document processing and inserting with UKG due to certain levels of security requirements
