      Variables work as placeholders for information that may change based on certain parameters.

      How to use Variables

      When configuring your Offer Letter or Job Template, there are two ways to enter variables into your document.
      • Click the Variables button in the document editor to select variables from a drop-down list

      • Type the variable as seen above, including the brackets, and that information will be added to the document you are creating
