By default, only active candidates are shown for open jobs. However, if you need to view the disqualified or candidates that declined a job offer, follow the steps below.
Filter Dispositioned Candidates
Disqualified and declined candidates are filtered as Dispositioned. Navigate to the Candidates Page of your open job.
- Locate the currently active candidates at the bottom of the Candidates Page
- Just above the status filter buttons, click Display to filter the current list of candidates
- Select Dispositioned
- Once the page loads, select the status filter button that best represents your search
- Candidate Declined - Candidates that declined the job offer
- Disqualified Candidate - Candidates that have been disqualified for the open job
