How to use Variables

When configuring your Offer Letter or Job Template, there are two ways to enter variables into your document.
  • Click the Variables button in the document editor to select variables from a drop-down list

  • Type the variable as seen above, including the brackets, and that information will be added to the document you are creating

  • When creating Job Templates
