Configure Job Templates

Make posting new jobs easier by following the steps below to create job templates.

Some features may not be available due to your User Type configuration. Please contact us for questions or issues.

From the Snapshot...

  • Locate and click Jobs in the top-right corner

  • From the drop-down menu, click Job Configurations

  • Confirm that the Job Templates tab is selected at the top of the page

  • Determine if you’d like to create a New Template, or Copy Existing

New Template

  • Click the Blue Plus button in the upper-right corner

  • Fill out the fields in the pop-up window, then click Add Template

Copy Existing Template

  • From the Job Templates tab, locate the template you’d like to copy, and click the Copy Template button to the left of the template name

  • If you selected the wrong template, you can choose a different template from the Choose a template menu at the top of the page

Edit your New Template

  • Fill out the Job Description information by entering information into the Summary, Responsibilities, and Skills & Qualifications sections. If this is a copy of an existing template, only minor changes may be needed

  • For existing templates, click Add Template at the bottom of the page

  • Select the Template Info tab and confirm or edit the following

Job Title

Title of the job
Job Title for Ads Job title posted on job boards or advertisements
Experience Level Choose between Entry, Mid, and Senior levels of experience for the job
Engagement Type This should be Self Service
Industry The industry for the job
Specialty Any specialty information for the job
Direct Comp Enter a compensation range for the job
HRIS Job Code Applicable if there is a HRIS Integration
HRIS Department Code Applicable if there is a HRIS Integration
  • Select the Team tab to confirm or edit the following
Primary Recruiter By default, this should be you, but you can change by clicking your name
Primary Sourcer Click Not Set and enter the name for the Sourcer
Hiring Manager Click Not Set and enter the name for the Hiring Manager
+Collaborator Add a Collaborator
  • Select the Location tab to view a map of the location for the job

The Location tab only exists for Copied Templates

  • Once all tabs have been edited, click Finished Editing, located at the upper-right of the page for New Templates, and at the bottom for Copied Templates
