Job codes are loaded in, and configured to be selected in the Offer Pending and Accepted modals

Codes do not have to be set prior to beginning the hiring process; they can be selected at the time of updating a candidate’s status
Post-integration

When sending candidates to ExponentHR, you have the ability to choose the status at which you’d like candidates to be sent

Candidates are sent one by one and we receive feedback on each individual
Additional Information
Using Codes in Offer Pending/Hired status pop-up window
When a candidate is moved to Offer Pending/Hired, codes can be re-assigned or set if the codes were not previously set.
