# Exponent HR
## Learn more about how the ExponentHR Integration is set up
**Is there a fee for using the ExponentHR integration?**
- ExponentHR may charge a fee for the integration, but rates may vary based on variables such as usage and company size.
### Pre-integration
- Contact your ExponentHR representative to request a third party integration (*See below for contact information)*
- **support@exponenthr.com**
### Mid-integration
- Job codes are loaded in, and configured to be selected in the Offer Pending and Accepted modals
- Codes used - Location, Job Title, Company, Supervisor
- Codes do not have to be set prior to beginning the hiring process; they can be selected at the time of updating a candidate’s status
### Post-integration
- When sending candidates to ExponentHR, you have the ability to choose the status at which you’d like candidates to be sent
- Candidates are sent one by one and we receive feedback on each individual
### Additional Information
#### Using Codes in Offer Pending/Hired status pop-up window
When a candidate is moved to Offer Pending/Hired, codes can be re-assigned or set if the codes were not previously set.
- This feature can be enabled upon request
#### Exponent HR is a SOAP interface integration
SOAP interface is a method of integration that relies on white listed IP Addresses as an additional security measure.
