When using the iCims HRIS Integration, the following format will be used for the Talentcare Report.
Use the iCims Format
When configuring the Talentcare Report, select the iCims format and enable the report.

- When using the iCims Format, the candidate will be required to complete an additional "pre-onboarding" step
- The candidate will find the step at their Candidate Portal link, and will need to complete before the candidate is added to the Talentcare Report
- This step is used to gather sensitive data - a candidate's SSN and DOB. Please see Required Data Fields for more information

The following data fields are required by iCims.
Note: Talentcare does not store or save any of the following data for candidates after the Talentcare Report is sent to iCims.
