The Turnover Report tab contains reports and visualizations that provide key data for employee turnover in your company. These reports rely on external data.
You may not see the Turnover Report for one of two reasons:
- The Turnover Report is not available by default, as it relies on external data. If you'd like to access your Turnover Report, please contact your client manager for more information
- The Turnover Report is only available to users with the Manage Company permission, if the report is enabled. For more information about permissions, please visit: Manage User Group Permissions
Filtered Visualization
The Filtered Visualization tab displays key trends in turnover rates, broken down by voluntary or involuntary termination, termination types, reasons and locations, and terminations based on job tenure.
- Turnover Rate - The rates for all time turnover, compared to the total number of employees and broken down by voluntary and involuntary terminations
- turnover Rate by Month - The annualized turnover rates for each month over a one year timeframe, broken down by voluntary and involuntary terminations
- Average Number of Employee, Hire, and Termination Trends by Month - A comparison of trends in the average number of employees, hires, and terminations for each month over a one year timeframe
- In Period Hires by End of Period Status - For the number of hires in the current period, how many are Active, and how many are Terminated
In the Turnover Report, a Period by default is one year.
- Terminations by Type - How many terminations in the current period are Voluntary compared to Involuntary
- Terminations by Type (Area) - The count of terminations over the last year, broken down by Voluntary and Involuntary
- Terminations by Reason and Location - For each location, the reasons for terminations are displayed. One visualization displays the count, while the other displays the percentage
- Terminations by Job Tenure - These visualizations display terminations based on how long the employees were employed by your company. Visualizations on the left-side display the count while visualizations on the right display the percentage
Filtered Data
The Filtered Data tab compiles the data for the key trends in turnover rates, broken down by voluntary or involuntary termination, date, location, and role group, into tables.
- Filter by Period of time, Location, and Role Group
- Sort the data by column by clicking on the Up or Down arrows in the heading row of the table
All Time Data
The All Time Data tab displays key trends in turnover rate and annual trends for all time.
- Turnover rates are displayed as percentages broken down by Voluntary and Involuntary
- The Average number of employee, hire, and termination annual trends displays a count for every year
- The turnover Rate tables compile the all time data for turnover by Date, Location, and Role Group
