Talentcare Video Interviews allows users to perform interviews natively within the platform. Learn how to utilize this feature to effectively engage with candidates.

Video Interview Setup:
The candidate must be in the interviewing status. Video interview type is required. The candidate has to accept the interview invitation.

Once the interview invitation has been accepted, you can join the interview from the candidate checklist page.

- Clicking the join video button will open the video interview page in a new tab.
The video interview page will have all important candidate information available for you to review during your interview.
- The preview tab has candidate name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and resume.
- Candidate Forms tab will contain the application form and any checklist items.
Application form & Checklist items (prescreening questionnaire, candidate questionnaire, & candidate skills assessment) are added from the screening and hiring tools tab on the job or job template level. Learn more here.
- Internal tab will contain the interview questionnaire. You can review or input answers from the candidate here.

Candidate access:
Candidates are able to join the interview from their candidate link.
This is the same link that is used to complete their application and any checklist items.
- Once the candidate has accepted the interview invitation, they will see the option to join the interview as an action item, as well as within the interviews tab within the candidate link.
