- What does pricing reflect for sponsoring a job through the ATS?
100% of the funds applied to a campaign are spent on the job board associated with that campaign. We are an agency partner with the available job boards, which allows us to re-sell job advertising at no additional cost to you. Our pricing model reflects the current market conditions and costs associated with generating traffic.
- How many jobs can I sponsor in a single ad purchase?
All job postings represent a single job based on the user's selection. While sponsorships like Indeed can include multiple jobs in a campaign, adding too many jobs with an insufficient budget will result in under performance.
- How long do job ads run?
Most ads run for a duration of 30 days.
- Can live ads be stopped before the duration of the campaign?
Once an ad is purchased, it cannot be stopped or removed until the campaign has run its course. We recommend purchasing short durations for ads, and re-purchasing as needed for job boards that run for less than 30 days. If you close a job prior to the end of the ad campaign, the ad will be removed, but no refund is available.

- What type of sponsorship is included when purchasing an ad for Indeed?
Indeed's Balance sponsorship is included with an ad for Indeed.
- Indeed's pay-per-click sponsorship starts at $5 USD per day to sponsor one job. Why are Talentcare's rates higher?
Using Indeed's Balance sponsorship over a set duration, you set the total amount you would like to spend, and Indeed makes adjustments to the price-per-click automatically. Indeed's $5 USD per day sponsorship has shown to reach very few roles and markets, while our pricing model is set to promote the appropriate budget for a successful sponsorship.
- I can sponsor multiple jobs at a time on Indeed, why can't I sponsor more than one at a time through Talentcare?
While sponsorships like Indeed can include multiple jobs in a campaign, adding too many jobs with an insufficient budget will result in under performance.
Troubleshooting
- Why can't I select a company/brand from the drop-down menu?
To purchase advertising, the user must be a contact for the brand/company and have manage permissions for those jobs. See Manage User Group Permissions for more information.
