The Transition - At a Glance
Once you've decided to move to the EasySign Offer Letter platform, these steps should be followed in order.
- Create all new Offer Letter templates in the EasySign platform
- Disable Legacy Offer Letters
- Configure your EasySign Offer Letter templates for all of your jobs and job templates
EasySign Offer Letters and Legacy Offer Letters cannot be used at the same time.
- Legacy Offer Letters have to be disabled first
- Other EasySign templates can be used with Legacy Offer Letters, however
Create New Offer Letter Templates
For a full walkthrough of how to create EasySign Offer Letter templates, visit: EasySign Offer Letters
- While Legacy Offer Letters is still enabled, EasySign Offer Letters can still be created, but not applied to jobs or job templates
- At this time, there is no way to copy or move Legacy Offer Letter templates to the EasySign Offer Letter platform
Disable Legacy Offer Letters
For information on how to enable/disable Legacy Offer Letters, visit: Configure an Offer Letter Template
- Once Legacy Offer Letters are disabled, all Legacy Offer Letters and templates will be removed from all of your jobs and job templates
- If you re-enable Legacy Offer Letters before configuring any EasySign Offer Letters for jobs, those Legacy Offer Letters will re-appear
- If a Legacy Offer Letter has been sent to a candidate, and you disable Legacy Offer Letters, the candidate can still sign and complete the offer letter without issue
Configure EasySign Offer Letter Templates for Jobs and Job Templates

- Once an EasySign Offer Letter is configured for a job or job template, you can no longer enable Legacy Offer Letters
- EasySign Offer Letters can be configured directly to a job before making an offer

EasySign Offer Letter Test and Demo
- Create an EasySign Offer Letter
- Disable Legacy Offer Letters
- Add 1 EasySign Offer Letter to a job
- Add a test candidate
- Don't use your email for this candidate!
- You can use your phone number, but if you do not, a real phone number or email is required for verification
- Send an Offer Letter to the test candidate
- Sign the Offer Letter from the test candidate's Candidate Portal
Once you've tested the process sufficiently:
- Remove the EasySign Offer Letter from the job
- Re-enable Legacy Offer Letters if you are not ready to use EasySign Offer Letters yet
