      HRIS Integrations Overview

      Human Resource Information System, or HRIS, Integrations are used to connect you to third party HRIS systems. These integrations are used to send job related candidate data to the third party, and receive data from the third party.

      How we do it

      • Initially, we gather all needed information for setting up the integration and connect with all necessary parties

      • We connect you with the HRIS and bridge the gap with their support team

      • Through methods such as file transfer and API, we interface with the third parties to send information for eligible candidates

      • Your job’s candidates will go to the HRIS to complete their onboarding steps

      How it works

      • When sending a candidate’s data to the HRIS, there are two status that can be used:

        • Offer Pending - The candidate’s offer is pending and steps need to be taken

        • Offer Accepted - The candidate has accepted the offer, and steps need to be taken

      • Daily reports search candidate databases for all eligible candidates

        • Unique status codes are provided by the HRIS being used

        • If any candidates fail to send to the HRIS, we reattempt up to 5 times

      What do we do with the data we collect?

      • Data collected for candidates is only sent to the HRIS and never stored by Talentcare!

      • We never store any private data about candidates such as date of birth, personal information, age, background, etc.

      What's next?

      • Once the candidate’s data is sent to the HRIS, it is funneled into one of two places

        • Onboarding - An offer is pending or accepted and the candidate must proceed to the HRIS to complete the onboarding steps

        • Employee - All pre-onboarding details and information still needs to be acquired

      • You take ownership of the integration

        • A handoff meeting details expectations, your involvement, and how to contact support if there are any issues
